In response, Carrot Top’s attorneys argued the messages were “a malicious threat to expose Thompson to disgrace… with intent thereby to extort money under the guise of litigation conduct.”

The text provides a 24-month period for adapting or terminating sponsorship contracts, and the signing, renewal, or extension of contracts will only be permitted if the respective term of validity expires within those 24 months.

Sponsorship activities involving children and adolescents, schools, and youth sports categories are also prohibited. But, exclusively on that day, he would release both groups together for “only BRL14.91 per month on the annual plan”. This group is the main product sold by Pedro, where he publishes sports predictions, tips on betting operators and higher-value betting odds.

The problem is that many of these recommendations involve companies that are not authorised to operate in Brazil. Some may be licensed in other countries, but that doesn’t allow them to operate legally in the Brazilian market.
